Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements are met for customer environments. Work closely with operations teams (L2/L3) to resolve chronic issues, improve service health, and drive automation or tooling initiatives. Participate in QBRs and service reviews, contributing to CSAT improvements and continuous service enhancement. 3. Pre-Sales Support (20%) Contribute to solution design, effort estimation, and proposal writing for managed services and Azure project opportunities. Participate in customer workshops and RFP/RFI responses, bringing a delivery and PMO lens to solutioning. Collaborate with sales and solution architects to shape delivery-aligned proposals with realistic commitments. Required Skills & Qualifications: 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 4–5 years in Project/Program Management . 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure , with 3+ years on Azure operations . Experience managing both project-based and managed services (steady state) engagements. Solid understanding of Azure services: IaaS, Networking, PaaS components, Azure Monitor, Security, ARM templates/Bicep, etc. Strong command over project management frameworks (PMP/PMI, Agile, or equivalent).
